So, with such a great guarantee and warranty, I chose TWS. I thought "if they can offer that much, they must know what they are doing and stand behind their products and services". The installation tech showed up at the house on time and ready to install the water filter. Insallation only took a few hours. After installation, he explained to my tenant and me what to expect with this new filter and answered every question or concern we had. When installation was complete, he left the house just as clean as before he arrived. Just note, after installation was complete and the water filter was running like it should, he noticed that my well pump was not running correctly. Instead of saying "it's not our problem, it's not what's in the contract or you need to call a plumber to fix that", he figured out what the problem was. It took him 5 minutes to make a couple adjustments and fix the problem. He was not going to leave until everything was running correctly. That's the kind of people and businesses I like to do repeat business with and recommend to others. This is probably the first instances where I have been completly, 100% satisfied with the work performed. My only regret is not calling TWS sooner.

We just got a torrential rain today, so this is probably the big test. We've had some rain since the work with no problems, but today's precip was the kind that would turn the water straight brown within 48 hours. So we'll see in a couple days if that liner did the trick. I'd like you guys to follow up, if you could, in about two weeks when we can do a water test. My toothbrush is getting super hard again after it dries having used the tap water, which was what was happening before after a rain and the water went bad. In fact, it was fine for a week or so after the chlorine shock, but then it started doing that to my toothbrush again. Thinking the house systems aren't used to whatever the new water composition is? The only issue that I have with the system is the noise it makes around 2 am every now and then. This system is in my crawl space, directly under my bed room and it is waking me up at night when it makes this noise for 10 minutes or so every now and then. I had asked if it was the 'flushing' of the system if it could be done sometime during the day light hours and now in the wee hours of the morning. It still makes this noise. If someone knows what this loud noise is at 2 am and can fix it I'd really appreciate it.

The Project: It all went very well. When the re-drilling was completed, the tech completed the installation, which included deepening the pump location, installing a new pump, replacing a defective pressure tank and checking out and chlorinating the system. He took the time to go over everything done with me and what I might need to do in the next week or two, e.g., flush chlorine and run coliforms check. He mentioned that he had set the water pressure provisionally, but if we noticed fluctuations, he would come back and adjust it. He was very knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with.

At this point, we checked Angie's list and called your company. Within an hour, your tech showed up and began to analyze the situation. He did a very thorough job eliminating all possibilities before determining that we had to pull the pump. He had all of the right tools and within minutes, the pump was up and 250 feet of pipe was stretched out on the ground.
He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered my many questions. As it turns out, the pump was running, but the shaft was broken, so it wasn't pumping. He replaced the pump with a new one, and lowered it into the well. He then purged and disinfected the well.

Caleb came out to look at my well after 2 other busninesses came out to repair my well but did not succeed. There was something stuck in my well and did not wanted to come out. The trailer with the water tank stood next to the house. A lot of my neighbors asked what that was and they never knew they could buy water that way in case of an emergency. Robbie came with the camera and had the patience to show me what he was doing and how it worked. I never knew that a well specialist had to be licensed and trained for everything that comes with the job. Mr. Sparrow was the one that explain my choices. I told him that this was my first well and that I did not know anything about wells. Lucky for me he was experienced and took the time to look at my well and agree to help me find a solution. He explained the options I had and told me he could not give guarantee for water but will do the best he can to help us. He helped us a lot by finding a driller that was willing to clean out our well. I thought God had forgotten about my well but then The Water Specialist called with good news that they had found a driller. He cleaned it out and The Water Specialist came back to get the water up and running. Robert came out to my house and I ask him if he thinks I would have water again. And he said yes, by the time I'm done you I'll have water. I was really happy to hear this but I needed to see the water flowing first through the faucet.
The water trailer was still there for backup, so I was not afraid for not having water. Robert worked very hard and he got the water flowing through the house.
