I reported a problem with water pressure early in the morning. Although the service scheduler couldn't give a definite time when someone would come out, she did say that she would try to get someone out the same day. Later in the afternoon, I gave a call from a service technician - Tim- who indicated that he would be by in the next 30 minutes. It took him a little while to correctly diagnose the problem, but once this was done, the repair began immediately and an additional person - Bandini (sp?) - was brought in to help. They had to pull the existing well pump and replace and wire a new well pump. Given the tight space in the well house, they also had to reconfigure some of the pipes. They both worked on the well for a few hours and didn't leave until the job was completed. I was impressed with the work that they did and very pleased that they stayed until the job was completed (even though it was getting dark).
