After two weeks with no water and being told by another company that they would come out and handle our problem (they did not show after taking my money to diagnose the problem and scheduling the fix) The Water Specialist not only got us up and running with a complicated issue but showed up a day early and did not leave until it was finished. The original plan was to come out on Friday, diagnose the problem and come back on Tuesday to fix it. They got it all done on Thursday. Tim and his team were incredible and professional. They were at my house until 8pm getting my well back on line. The office staff was great and again, professional. When I was told they would call me back, after all I had gone through to find someone, I thought, they never would but I got a call from the boss who rearranged things, offered us a truck of water to keep us going until they could fix it and did everything possible to help us.
